there isnt really much to look at in the first page.
i could have done loads more pictures in my website.
i found dreamweaver really easy to use as the instructions the teacher gave us were in english.

I found the unit very enjoyable i was able to design my own website and include everything i wanted to include:smile:. I think i could have maybe included a bit more information and not as many pictures:sad:. I didn’t find dreamweaver very easy to use because once i had placed a picture or text on the page i couldn’t move it to where i wanted it to go.

The idea of making websites is good and i don’t mind doing it but dreamweaver was hard to use and you couldn’t be creative at all.

i loved doing my own website. i learned so much about dream weaver!
i enjoyed making it on my own subject. i choose horror films, and i loved getting the information!!
if i wa going to do this again i would use a wider range of colours and more information would be in my website! this unit was the most enjoyable project i have done in BCS (IT)!

Comment 3 shows that Clos91 is enjoying Dreamweaver and getting a lot from using it. Quote:
Aha, that’s cos this is DREAMWEAVER not PUBLISHER. It’s an entirely different way of thinking about things. In DW you have to set your own page layout using tables, layers and divs. It takes more time (perhaps) but gives you WAY more control over positioning of items on the page. When you think of how difficult the code that DW generates actually is (and it is this code that your browser turns into a web page) then learning a few tricks with DW is ever so worthwhile.
Thanks for your positive comments.

Can I have a copy of the instructions which were in English too? This might save me creating them myself - Y8 are making websites to advertise and attract visitors to ride their roller coaster rides which they’re making in No Limits first. Who said ICT’s dull?!!
